One (1) complimentary strategy session call (20 min.)
In depth assessment of past and current health conditions, eating patterns and health goals
Analysis of nutrient interactions or depletion from current medications
Evaluation of diet journals
Analysis of both current and new blood chemistry lab results to assess for nutrient deficiencies
Healthy Recipes supplied as needed or requested
Professional quality supplements may be recommended to fill nutrient deficiencies
Options for specialized lab testing to investigate underlying causes of health concerns

Pricing

Starter Package

$480

This package is designed to start you on your health journey. Together, in five sessions, we will identify your personal areas of health that may need some work. Upon leaving, Clients have expressed gratitude for having a plan of action, including what to work on and how to do it, and often continue with the recommended protocol after experiencing improved symptoms.

One new client consultation (60 min.)
Four follow up consultations (30 min./ea)

Blood Chemistry Analysis

$75+

Yearly analysis of blood chemistry labs with a detailed report of clinical significance of out of range markers
One 30 min consultation

Additional Specialized Testing

Micronutrient Testing - Measures the function of 32 essential micronutrients, tested from your white blood cells so you have a history, not just a snapshot. This test gives you a functional cellular analysis of nutrient deficiencies.

Food Sensitivity Testing - Identifies food and food chemical sensitivities, a test that measures the release of immune cells and detects the outcome of virtually all non-IgE mediated hypersensitivity reactions.

Wheat Zoomer - Six tests in one! Tests for intestinal permeability and wheat reactivity to the many peptides in wheat.

GI Map - Measures what's going on in the gut, tests for pathogens, parasites, worms, commensal and opportunistic microbes and intestinal health markers.

We accept Cash, Check and Credit Card
Nutrition consultations are not a covered benefit under most insurance plans, you can call your insurance company to see if out of network benefits are covered for these services.
A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks

24-hour cancellation notice is requested
Your appointment time has been set aside for you. Please be respectful of this time and be on time. If you are late, the time will be deducted from our session but the full session fee will be charged.
